Apartment description
Multi-room superior chalet, spread over 2 floors, including 3 double bedrooms (which can be separated into single beds upon request), with a flat-screen TV in each room, 3 bathrooms with shower and hairdryer. The living area is equipped with a kitchenette with an induction hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine (espresso, American and moka), electric kettle, a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV. Private ski storage with ski rack and boot dryer, where you will also find a washing machine. Private sauna at your disposal located on the first floor.

Flat-screen TV
The living area is furnished with two sofas, one of which converts into a double bed, and a flat-screen TV connected to digital terrestrial television.
Microwave oven
The kitchen is equipped with a classic oven with an integrated microwave, induction hob, coffee machine (espresso, American and mocha) and electric water boiler.
Dishwasher
he kitchen is equipped with all necessary crockery and a convenient dishwasher.
Washing machine
Inside the apartment you will find a very convenient washing machine.
Balcony
The apartment has a balcony with an ashtray for smokers.
Barbecue
All apartments can use the barbecue in the common area of the garden of the house overlooking the forest.
Ski storage
There is a convenient storage room inside the chalet for your skis, snowboards, or mountain bikes.
Boot warmers
Inside the ski storage room, you'll find very convenient lockers, each one capable of holding up to 6 pairs of boots and skis.

Emotional Shower
The emotional shower is a special practice that combines colour therapy with an intense water jet. In this way, it is possible to achieve not only an improvement in physical well-being, but also that of the mind and psyche.
Tavern
The tavern is perfect for a cosy gathering of family and friends, with board games, cards and a drawing corner. Or it is the ideal place for sports groups to conduct their lessons, aided by the large wall-mounted television.
To improve the liveability in our flats, harmonisation work has been done with EcoSistemica. Through the beneficial frequencies of colours and shapes, used specifically in each individual room, our guests can enjoy their stay to the fullest.

Jedes DZ mit eigenem Bad,
nur wenige Schritte bis zum 1. Tellerlift mit Anschluss zur Gondel...aber der Rückweg von dort zur Unterkunft blieb uns verborgen.
Aber Skibushalte direkt vor dem Haus.
Betreiber sind jung, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Konversation in Deutsch war möglich.
Skiraum mit beheizten Spinden ist vorhanden, Saunabereich (Zuzahlung) wirkt einladend.

as a group of 7 adults + one kid we've absolutely loved our stay in Lucas Haus. Hosts are kind, lovely people, who make your stay as relaxed as it can be in this very well located/equipped/comfortable place. We've loved the sauna (and emotional shower!) and possibility to get to ski lifts directly from apartments. Thanks a lot, we hope to come back!

Abbiamo soggiornato all'ultimo piano,praticamente un bivano da cinque stelle,non c'è l'ascensore ma per il resto non riesco a trovare alcuna mancanza,gradevole il dono di benvenuto con i prodotti tipici livignaschi.speriamo di tornarci

Ci siamo trovati molto bene; appartamento accogliente, con tutti i confort. Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di usufruire della spa, ambiente curato e completo di sauna, zona relax e docce. La signora Elena è stata disponibile ad accogliere le nostre richieste e molto gentile!!
